Car, Motorcycle, Boat and the occasional Aero Engine Rebuild & Total Restoration
Request an estimate A good engine rebuild begins with the thoroughness applied to its initial disassembly, component level cleaning and subsequent testing and inspection. The rebuild takes quite some time when done properly. For example, we often have to build, strip down and rebuild assemblies several times over in order to check for correct tolerances and the smooth rotation and fitment of all the moving parts. It is this attention to detail which we believe allows our rebuilt engine to work hard, delivering long-term reliable performance long after leaving our workshop. We are determined to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. If we are unable to repair or re-manufacture original components, we turn to our trusted long-standing suppliers to ensure the quality of the parts we use and avoid inferior items. We are one of the few engine restorers having access to supersonic metal spray technology. We can resurrect some engine parts previously deemed un-serviceable thus keeping your pride and joy on the road.
Where originality is important we take the time to stand at the paint counter tinting and re-tinting paint until the correct colour shade is achieved. We source paints and finishes to ensure the correct colour match and sheen.
